Initial Damage Control
Once the damage to the building has been evaluated, steps must be taken to ensure that no further damage occurs.
Severe damage may require covering or boarding up to prevent unwanted access. In the case of water damage, any
remaining water must be removed as quickly as possible to prevent further damage and the drying process started
immediately.

Inspection & Evaluation
Once the extent of damage is known and steps have been taken to prevent further damage from happening, then it is
time to plan how to restore the building. Proper in-depth investigation into all damaged areas is done in order
to prepare an accurate scope of work. Our association with professional engineers and consultants allows us to
call in specialists as specific needs arise. Our representatives work closely with the property owner and the
insurance adjuster to insure that all areas of concern are addressed. (More on finding a contractor.)
|
Estimating & Planning
An accurate, highly detailed estimate to return the property to preloss condition will then be completed.
